Resolved Question: (Medical Help) I am in agony…..what can I do?

A few days ago my rib cage started to hurt..I walked into my bathroom door a few nights ago (not a domestic abuse cover up)-

(lesson: no matter how late-turn on the light)

But the pain has gotten considerably worse, there is no bruising…but I can’t bend over without being in extreme pain…..when in bed it is so painful to turn over-it takes me at least 10mins….breathing, coughing and sneezing is so painful at 18/20..could I have a fractured rib or a bruised rib? If so how would I know the difference and what can I do to help the situation as painkillers aren’t touching me at all.
